I returned an order I ended up not needing, and the refund came through fast, like really fast. Customer support was nice, nice, and didn’t make the whole thing complicated at all. it was better than I expected, so yeah, 5 stars from me.

I started using the Isagenix shakes and snacks about 2 months ago, and i’m down 14 lbs so far. I also feel way less bloated, which has been a nice surprise. I definitely wasn’t perfect every single day either, so I’m actually really happy with how it’s going. Shipping was totally fine too, no issues there.

I’ve had a good experience managing my autoship. Changing delivery dates and swapping out items has been simple, and I think most customers would appreciate how straightforward it is. The site can be a little slow here and there, but overall it works well enough and hasn’t caused me any real issues.

I gave these shakes a try for a few weeks, and I wanted to like them. The taste was actually decent enough, so I’ll give them credit for that. But as far as keeping me full, I’m not totally convinced. I’d drink one in the morning and still be hungry again before lunch, which kind of defeated the purpose because I ended up grabbing snacks anyway. Not terrible, just didn’t really work for me.

I do like that it has a solid amount of protein, and the vitamins seem decent too. Some of the shakes are a little too sweet for me, which is kind of frustrating because I feel like I’m always the one who ends up buying the flavor that isn’t quite right. I also wish there was more fiber, since that would make it feel a bit more complete. Still, when I’m busy and don’t really get a chance to sit down for a real meal, it does the job

I’ve tried a few Isagenix products now, i’ve been impressed. The shakes mix really well and actually taste way better than I expected, I was fully prepared for that chalky protein-shake situation, but thankfully it wasn’t like that at all. Everything came packaged nicely and arrived in good shape, which I always appreciate. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is the price. It’s definitely on the higher side, and my bank account basically lets out a dramatic sigh every time I think about reordering. If it were a bit cheaper, I’d probably buy it way more often. Still, I’m happy with what I got!
